問：火車、飛機等「班次」，英文怎麼說？例如「這火車的班次頻密，每十分鐘就有一班」。

答：「班次」英文沒有固定說法。飛機往往用flight字說「班次」，例如：

（1）There are four flights a day to Macao（每天有四班機往澳門）。

（2）"When is the next flight to Taipei?" "The next plane departs at 9:30 am tomorrow / There is a 9:30 am flight tomorrow."（「往臺北的下一班機，是什麼時候？」「下一班是明天上午九時三十分。」）

The next plane是「下一班機」，the next train則是「下一班火車」。

Frequency也可以說「班次」，例如：

（1）There is a high-frequency service from Central to Tsuen Wan, with one train every five to ten minutes（中環到荃灣的列車班次很頻密，每五至十分鐘就有一班）。

（2）How frequently do the trains run?（火車班次有多頻密？）

問：I don't like them any more than you這一句，是說「我和你一樣不喜歡他們」，還是「我不喜歡他們，也不喜歡你」？

答：這一句意思含糊，讀者說的兩個解釋都可以。當然，只要有上下文，一般就不會誤解，但句子最好還是寫清楚一點，改為I don't like them any more than you do（我和你一樣不喜歡他們）或I don't like them any more than I like you（我不喜歡他們，也不喜歡你）。
